What's the minimum order quantity?+
It varies by product. Most printed garments start at 10 units; promo items often start at 25–50. Get an instant quote on each product page.
How long does production take?+
Typically 5–7 working days from artwork approval. Rush turnarounds available on request.
What file format should I send artwork in?+
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are best. We also accept high-resolution PNG with transparent background (300 dpi at print size).
Can I print on the front, back and sleeves?+
Yes — our garment calculator lets you toggle front, back and sleeve print positions and prices each combo automatically.
Do you ship outside Malta?+
Yes — we ship across the EU. Cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Can I get a sample before bulk?+
We can produce a paid pre-production sample for large orders. Contact us with the product and quantity to arrange.
