Custom-printed items are made to order — here's how we handle issues.
Because every order is printed to your specification and approved artwork, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind. Please double-check sizes, quantities and artwork before approving.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or doesn't match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll reprint the affected items or issue a refund for them — your choice.
Unprinted stock can be returned within 14 days if it's in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
