The terms that apply when you order from us.
Artwork & IP
You confirm that you own the rights (or have permission) to print all artwork supplied to us. We're not liable for copyright or trademark claims arising from artwork you provide.
Proofing
Production starts only after you've approved the digital proof. Please review carefully — we print what's approved.
Personalised goods
Printed and embroidered items are made to your specification. Under Article 16(c) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, so approved orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Faulty or misprinted items are always reprinted or refunded — see our refund policy.
Quantities
Industry-standard tolerance of ±2% on bulk orders applies. Final invoices reflect quantities actually delivered.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
